Registration forms are not accepted prior to March 1st for the following school year.  Priority registration annually opens March 1st and closes the third Friday in March (the 16th in 2018).  Registration forms, with the $50 non-refundable fee check/money order attached (no cash/cards accepted), can be hand-delivered to a class representative at the school during school hours:

Forms received after the third Friday will be admitted based on class availability. During priority enrollment, classes will be filled with applicants following Article 9- Registration in Mt View's Operating Procedures which can also be found on the school's website with priority given to (1) current Mt. View Coop members in good standing (2)  Mt. View Coop Alumni (3) Mission Woods church members & wait list (4) new members. 


Current members in good standing have top priority when the registration form and fee are received on or before this third Friday in March.  'In good standing' means all past month's tuition payments have been received, March tuition is paid in full, Bates fees have been paid in full, members have fulfilled parent education credits, assisted with fundraising & satisfied their committee jobs commitments.  Members who have a balance on their account will not be allowed to register until the balance is paid in full.

Please note that a secondary registration packet (for Bates registration, immunizations, etc.) will be emailed to you upon acceptance to our school.  Should your child be put on our waitlist, your registration fee check will be mailed back to you immediately.     

All communication with the Membership Chair should be through email:  Membership email is checked daily at this time. Due to the high volume of calls interrupting our classroom during this time, phone calls cannot be taken.
